An exciting new build 60m+ SY is looking for an experienced Deckhand. This is for someone who is driven, enthusiastic and passionate about their job. There is an excellent structure in place to create progression within the program as well as with qualifications, skills and knowledge. 

Candidates will have a minimum 2 years experience on 40m+ SY.

You need to have grown up sailing and racing, have a strong interest and background in water sports. A strong knowledge of deck products and general maintenance is required. Previous experience with IDEA would be a bonus. You need to be organised, hard working, fastidious with inventories and keeping storage spaces neat and tidy on deck. 

Longevity in previous roles and impeccable references are a must. 

Qualifications required: YM Offshore minimum, Dive qualification would be a bonus 

Itinerary: Mediterranean/ Caribbean, private program with regattas

Male/female: Open to both 

Startdate and joining location: Mid September, Holland
