Crew/Sous Chef 50M MY
Crew chef required for a 55m MY who acts as support vessel to a 50m SY. You will be working closely with the owners head chef ensuring all crew are kept happy and standards are met. During the summer seasons you will be providing food for both yachts. You need to be proficient in different diets and cuisines and be confident with vegetarian/vegan dishes. Crew are all an active and social bunch who enjoys good varied food.
This is a single season program, summer seasons are busy and you will during these periods also help the head chef with the guest food. Looking for a motivated, energetic and upbeat person who is passionate about what she does. There are some big changes coming up within the program over the next 2 years so there is room for career progression for the right candidate.
Qualifications required: 2 season experience as crew chef, some form of formal chef training will be a bonus
