A 40m+ SY is looking for a First Mate. This could be suited to a 1st mate who is stepping up in size or an experienced Bosun/Deckhand who is ready to step up to Mate. There will be good support and training offered as well as potential courses paid for in return for longevity. 

This is a private program with an exciting itinerary that includes New England until June, then a Med summer of cruising, Palma until December followed by a Caribbean season before heading to Greenland. From there they will either head towards Svalbard and Norway or they will do the Northwest Passage and Alaska. 

Beyond that, the owners are trying to achieve their bucket list of cruising to the Pacific and Antarctica. The owner often comes by himself for trips and then at times friends and family will also join.

 Qualifications required: Yacht master offshore minimum, 2 years experience minimum
