Sole Chef - 60m SY - Charter & 120 days leave
We’re seeking an experienced and level-headed Chef to join a 60m sailing yacht with an exciting itinerary and a busy but well-paced program. The position starts around the 15th of December in Antigua.
The yacht has three charters confirmed for the Caribbean season with good time between trips, they are also doing the St Barths Bucket Regatta. After the Caribbean, the program continues to Miami, the US East Coast, and Bermuda for Sail GP in May.
The vessel runs with 11 crew plus 2 chase boat crew, hosting up to 12 guests (typically around 10). The Chef will be onboard for all boss trips and charters.
Candidates must bring strong culinary experience aboard large sailing yachts, thrive in a busy service environment, and maintain composure under pressure. A solid background in Italian cuisine is essential for an upcoming charter. Only seasoned sail yacht chefs with proven charter experience and excellent organisational skills will be considered.
This is a non-rotation role offering 120 days paid leave per year, to be taken between seasons.
Qualifications required: Previous proven charter and sail yacht experience, calm and collected when under pressure, ideally holds a B1/b2 already, Ships cook certificate.
