A 40m sailing yacht is seeking an experienced and high end rotational chef to join for late Jan/early Feb.
This is a dual season, private program with a 10/10 rotation.
The owners are real foodies and enjoy a fresh mix of Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisine. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and confident delivering light, well-balanced menus using seasonal ingredients.
The yacht runs with a professional but relaxed dynamic onboard, so a positive, calm, and team-focused approach is important
Qualifications required: Previous sail yacht experience, excellent galley management
Itinerary: Caribbean and then TBD
