A modern, performance 55+m SY is looking for a Chief Officer to join them in the Med between July and August.

This is a well reputed program with long established yacht owners, and an excellent history of crew retention.

This role will suit a strong sailor, recently qualified OOW and someone looking for their next step up to lead the Deck team. Candidates will come from roles as Mate or Bosun on large sailing yachts, and have a drive to excel and lead by example.

There is a Deck team of 3 on board, and although there will be some paperwork, it will still be a hands on position.

This coming winter will be spent in Palma, followed with another Med season, and a short Caribbean season before making way to the South Pacific via Cape Horn.
