A family based in Montagnola, Switzerland are looking for a full-time Chef/Housekeeper.

They are looking for someone who can fit in with the family environment and engage well with the other household staff.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Organize food supply and purchase fresh and health products
• Implement and adhere to standard health/hygiene regulations and safety procedures in the kitchen area. The kitchen must always be left clean after use.
• Organize adequate kitchen material and equipment
• Guidance and cooperation with service staff.
• Occasional travel with the Employer and family
• Dietary requirements/specific needs: The client is allergic to garlic, onion and truffles, so these are strictly avoided. They enjoy fish, Salads and healthy meals. The do enjoy the occasional dessert.
• Ideally candidates will already live in the area or close by. This is a live out role.
• Must be Swiss resident or have the right to work in Switzerland

Work structure:

• Hours of work will be 40 hours per week- Monday to Friday (including public holidays between 09.00 and 8 pm, depending on the needs of the Employer´s family).
• Two days free per week in agreement with the Employer.

Start date: Ideally as soon as possible.
