A beautiful, 34m SY is looking for a Captain & Chef/Stew to join in the New Year.

This is a dual season program, with mostly owner use but is open to light charter.

The owners and young and keen sailors, who like to get involved with the sailing. The owner will helm regularly.

Their trips are well structured and planned in advance, with usage mostly centred around the USA holidays. There is always good communication which can allow for good forward planning and being organised.

The boat runs with 3 crew full-time, but there is a good allowance for contractors, day workers and temp crew when needed. It does mean that it requires the Captain to be knowledgable with engineering and hands on. The Chef/Stew must also be confident with sailing. They underwent a big refit last year and the boat is in a good place.

The boat will participate in some regattas and will likely be doing the ST Barths Bucket March 2025.

This is lovely boat and super opportunity for a couple who are stepping up in size or who are looking for a great sailing yacht with a well structured schedule and program.

There are good incentives in place that reward longevity and the salary will be industry standard/ DOE.
