We are looking for an experienced Chef for a Private 45m Sailing Yacht. The Yacht’s set up is 8 permanent crew and can sleep up to 8 guests. The yacht’s programme is about to beginning a world cruising schedule.
The Chef must be a seasoned Chef with both land and yacht Chef experience, previous sail yacht experience is essential. A chef with Italian heritage would be preferred. Moreover, a healthy, balanced and adventurous style of cooking for both guests and crew is essential. The chef is supported by a cook/stew when on Owner trips and is substituted by her during her time off.
Details: 2-3 days trial onboard during November

Salary: DOE 

Leave: 8 months on /4 off. 

Qualifications- Level 2 Food Hygiene, ENG1 and STCW (No Restrictions)Visa’s: B1/B2Experience: Proven longevity on big sail boats.
