A beautiful 42m SY is looking for a Sole Stew to join in the Med. This will be replacing a long standing Stew, who will be able to provide a good handover.

This is a private program with a good history of crew longevity. After a good few years of crew stability they are going through a crew change as long standing crew are now moving on.

The owners are meant to be lovely and the boat has a good family “vibe”. The crew are positive and enjoy their jobs and get taken care of.

The Stewardess:

• Sole stew experience
• Must have big sailing boat experience, and hands on sailing skills
• Needs to be organised and okay to run her own department
• Bubbly and friendly, front of house
• Silver service not necessary, but neat and professional
• Good at being able to balance interior with deck responsibilities (all hands on deck when they sail)
• Tattoo’s – if we could see a picture and as long as they’re not offensive, should be okay.
• No smoking onboard
• Salary and leave package would be DOA and based on industry standards
