A 28m SY is looking for First Mate to join them prior to the Caribbean season. This is a mixed charter and private use program with some racing.

We are  looking for someone with good experience on a similar sized boat or maybe a little bigger where they have worked under a Mate before. Candidates need to have their YM offshore but someone with their YM ocean would be great as there would be potential for more responsibility including being delivery Captain for the right person.

The position would be to start in Antigua around the 12th  of December. They have 2 charters booked and 2 boss trips. They are also doing the  Antigua super yacht challenge. The boat will then cross over to the UK for a summer there, before heading down to do a yard period in the Med for winter 25/26.

Qualifications required: Yacht master offshore min
