Private stunning 55m+ sailing yacht is looking for a Bosun to join them early November. The winter will be spent in Palma before the Mediterranean season starts consisting of trips in both western and easter Med. After the summer season the yacht will cross to South America and begin its world cruise.

You need to be a hands on strong sailor who has minimum 3+ years on large sailing yachts as deckhand/bosun or you could be a 1st mate wanting to step up in size and responsibility. The deck team consists of 3. Someone who is working towards their OOW is preferred. There is good progression potential onboard with responsibilities for the right candidate.

Looking for a candidate who grew up sailing/racing dinghy's and smaller boats. 

The crew onboard are all very active, professional and hard working. Looking for someone who fits into that environment and wants to be part of a team. You need to have good experience with water sports and be an excellent tender driver.

Qualifications required: YM  minimum and ideally working towards OOW. Strong sailing background, excellent references.
