Chef/stew - 30m SY - Racing
Mediterranean single season high performance sailing yacht is looking for an experienced chef/stew. You need to have a minimum of 2 years in the industry, ideally you have worked on a sail yacht program before and have regatta experience. You need to have strong organisational skills, excellent with interior upkeep and be confident in mediterranean style cooking. During the season there are several regattas as well as around 2 months of trips planned with the boss and her family.
This is a 4 crew program in summer and there is also a deck/ stew who helps on the interior. Owner likes the interior to be kept to a high standard, attention to detail is a must. They enjoy Mediterranean cuisine when onboard, seafood and fish as well as the sweet treat here and there. You need to be a confident cook/chef and be able to provision and look after the race crew during regattas as well.
Qualifications required: Minimum 2 years experience as chef/stew, confident in both interior upkeep and galley, ideally a sailor and regatta background
