A 38M  SY is  looking for an Engineer. This is a private program with mixed racing and cruising.  They are looking for an Engineer to join for the end of their refit and to move ahead with the final commissioning of the vessel ahead of the summer season.

Summer of 2025 will be in the Med, cruising and race training and it will likely be a single season vessel based in Spain over winter. Summer of 2026 will be racing and cruising in the UK and the Med.

candidates will have a  minimum 3 - 5 years as an Engineer within the superyacht industry with at least 2 years engineering experience on a 24m+ Sailing Yacht
Big boat Sailing experience a must - candidates without this will not be considered.

Qualifications required:

· Minimum of an AEC 2 COC but preferable SCV MEOL / EOOW.

· Yacht master COC (YM Ocean a bonus)

Itinerary: Med summer 2025- winter in Spain- regattas/cruising
