A modern, 34m performance SY is looking for a First Mate to join their established team of 4.

This is a private, dual season program with light to medium use. They have run with a team of 4 for the last 3 years, and are now adding an extra crew member. They are due to complete a yard period in Palma in the next few weeks and will cross to the Caribbean for February, followed with a summer based out of Newport RI in the USA.

They are looking for a candidate with strong sailing experience who can run the Deck independently and be a watch leader. whilst this is performance sailing yacht, they do not race, but it is a fun yacht to sail.

They have had the same crew for the last 3 years and they have positive, active and healthy culture on board. They are looking for likeminded crew member to compliment this dynamic.

Candidates must have a Yacht Master Offshore and be able to start within the next few weeks.  A B1B2 is preferable but not essential as this can be arranged for the right candidate. 

The First Mate will have their own cabin but with a shared bathroom.
