Great opportunity for 1st mate from a smaller SY wanting to step up in size or an experienced deckhand from larger SY's ready to take on more responsibilities. This is a busy private 50m SY with a single season program. This winter will most likely be spent in Barcelona. Ideal candidate is a strong sailor with experience on similar sized yachts when it comes to deck hardware and maintenance. You will be in charge of 2 deckhands, be responsible for the deck running smoothly, tender runs and water sports with guests to name a few.

YM Offshore is required for this role and ideally you are working towards your OOW. This program also offers great opportunity for career progression in the next couple of years. Any kind of water sports qualifications is a bonus. As a crew they are a sociable bunch who enjoy crew activities during their time off.

Qualifications required: YM Offshore, minimum 2 years experience, confident sailor with good communication skills
