A 33m Performance  SY is looking for a Chef to join their world cruising program.

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic chef to join a dynamic, active crew. They have a Pacific-based programme running for the next couple of years. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves cooking and is ready to take on new challenges while cruising some amazing locations.

The yacht is owned by a great family who enjoys being active on and off the water. They operate in a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere, but are also accustomed to shifting into VIP mode from time to time. The boat is designed for performance, and the crew is all about having fun while keeping things professional.

We’re seeking a chef who is passionate about preparing healthy meals and excited to evolve in the role. The yacht will be cruising to remote locations, so the ideal candidate will be a capable, forward-thinking person who can handle provisioning well, adapt to unexpected situations, and keep calm under pressure. The boat will host a maximum of 8 guests and 5 crew.

This is not a green position but we are open to sous or crew chefs looking for the next step in their career. A sailing yacht background is preferred but not essential—what matters most is being comfortable on the water and a good fit for the team.

The role is set to start around the end of February 2025 in Costa Rica, with plans to head to French Polynesia and then New Zealand in November.
