Chef Stew 24m SY - Race program
A Mediterranean single season high performance sailing yacht is looking for an experienced Chef/Stew. Their summer season will be a mix of regattas an approx 8 weeks of trips with the owner and family.
You need to have a minimum of 1 year in the industry, ideally you have worked on a sail yacht program before and have regatta experience. You need to have strong organisational skills, excellent with interior upkeep and be confident in mediterranean style cooking.
This is a 4 crew program in summer and there is also a deck/ stew who helps on the interior. Owner likes the interior to be kept to a high standard, attention to detail is a must. They enjoy Mediterranean cuisine when onboard, seafood and fish as well as the sweet treat here and there. You need to be a confident cook/chef and be able to provision and look after the race crew during regattas as well.
Qualifications required: Minimum 1 year experience as Chef/Stew, confident in both interior upkeep and galley, ideally have prior sailing and regatta background
