Seasonal Chef 27m MY
A 27m MY is looking for a seasonal Chef to join by March in the South of France.
This is mixed private and charter use program and will run from March - October.
Candidates must have prior experience cooking on yachts, and have a good understanding of provisioning, budgets and catering for charter guests. you must be able to adapt to specific preferences and dietary requirements where necessary.
They will run with a crew of 4 and have a base in the South of France.
Candidates must be European, but will ideally have a base in France.
Qualifications:
- Hygiene level 2 or equivalent
