A modern, well reputed 46m SY is seeking an experienced First Mate and Chief Stew Couple. This is a well established dual season program which will include a mix of cruising and some participation in regattas such as the Antigua Superyacht challenge and the St Barths Bucket.

The interior runs with a Chief Stew and Deck Stew, and the Deck runs with a First Mate, Deck Stew and Deck Engineer.

The owners have owned yachts for many years and they enjoy building successful , respectful and lasting working relationships with the crew.

They will spend the summer of 2025 in the Med, with the season starting in June they will mostly be cruising around the Adriatic. The winter will be based in the Caribbean with the possibility of doing a regatta or two.

These roles will suit an established couple who have worked together before and who feel confident with running the interior and deck on a yacht this size.

The First Mate will have a min Yacht Master Ocean and prior experience with inbox furling and captive winches. Must be a strong watch leader and able to lead by example.

The Chief Stew position will suit candidates who have prior experience either as Sole Stew or as Chief Stew on a similar size program.

There are good incentives in place to reward longevity and commitment to the program
