A 60+m classic sailing yacht is looking for an experienced Chief Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established program with a great reputation for crew longevity and support with regards to career progression.

Candidates must hold an OOW 3000 and ideally be working their way to gaining a Master 500ft or 3000gt.

For the right candidate, and once established in the role, there will be potential opportunity to step up as Relief Captain and gain drive time and more responsibilities.

This is a well-loved program, with long standing owners who ensure the yacht is well maintained.

A solid sailing background with big boat experience is necessary, and prior schooner experience will be advantageous.

Their summer itinerary for 2025 will be based in the Med for cruising and regattas.

There is flexibility to discuss leave, potential rotation and crew structure over the coming year.

There will be a competitive salary (DOE) and a leave package for courses included.
