Rotational Chief Officer 50m SY

A 50m private classic ketch is looking for a Rotation Chief Officer to join by May 12th. This will be a 10:10 rotation.

Currently; Caribbean, they have a trip in the Galapagos followed by a summer in New England/Canada and the Caribbean for winter 25/26.

The owner enjoys sailing and loves the boat. The crew are important to them and they are looking for candidates who are seeking longevity and have proven longevity in previous roles.

Candidates must be self motivated and organised as well as strong a sailor with good leadership skills.

They are looking for candidates who are a seasoned big boat sailor. They sail a lot and wherever possible.
Excellent knowledge of navigation and rules of road is necessary and they are happy to hand over as much responsibility as suited over time and would be an excellent opportunity for someone seeking future command.


Qualifications required:
Yacht Master Offshore minimum requirement. Would prefer OOW 3,000. ECDIS certified
B1 B2 visa
