1st mate required for a modern classic sailing yacht. Winter has been spent in Villanova for her 5 year survey as well as paint job. This summer season is Med cruising. This is a private program, shared between two families with around 10 weeks of guest usage. After the summer season the boat will cross to the Caribbean, plans after that is tbd. 

Looking for someone who is a competent and experienced sailor. You need to have minimum Yacht master Offshore but an Ocean would be preferred. You need to be a self motivator and starter, capable of running the deck on your own and stying on top of your job list. Also looking for someone with a big water sports interest. One of the families are big into their foiling and they also love to surf.

Qualifications required: Yacht Master Offshore, strong sailor, minimum 2 years experience as mate on smaller SY's or a bosun ready to step into his first mates role.

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, world cruising, regattas
