We are looking for an experienced Bosun with big sail yacht experience. Product knowledge and experience undertaking and leading the deck team in maintenance projects is a must as the yacht is currently undergoing its 10-year survey. A candidate with a strong sailing background but who has worked on motor yachts will also be considered.

In season your duties will be more guest focused, tender driving, sailing and navigational watches as part of a deck team of 3. Additional skill sets such as kite boarding instructor, dive instructor or dive master favoured due to the bosses’ active program.

The summer season will be Mediterranean based and the winter will be in the Caribbean where the yacht will participate in the 2026 St Barth’s Bucket.

Qualifications required: 1 to 2 years in a Bosuns or lead deckhand position, YM offshore commercially endorsed, kite and/or dive instructor

Itinerary: Med/Caribbean, St Barths bucket
