We are seeking a candidate with prior large tender driving experience to be the Chase boat Captain on a 38ft Water. This runs along side a 115ft performance SY.

This is a seasonal role, but has potential to become permanent.  The position is to start early June in Palma with a pre-season shipyard period.

The summer will be spent in the Mediterranean with a mix of charter & owner trips followed by a Palma winter 2025/26, Italy early 2026 then onto Scotland & Norway. Palma winter 2026/27.

Candidates will be expected to help on mothership when on & off trip so it is to be seen as a dual role and would be advantageous if you had some prior sailing yacht experience.

A Yachtmaster offshore minimum is required  and Previous Chase captain experience would be preferred. 
General engineering knowledge required. AEC 1 minimum, AEC 2 would be beneficial but not compulsory. The program runs to commercial standards due to charters.
