Chef - 32m SY - Scotland/Norway Itinerary
Sole chef required for a private sailing yacht with 3 owners who use the boat equally but not back to back. You need to be a confident cook and ideally have worked a season onboard a sailing yacht. Owners enjoy fresh, mediterranean fusion cuisine.
This summer will be spent cruising Scotland, Norway, London before heading down to the Mediterranean for the Ibiza Joy Sail regatta. After a shipyard period in Villanova she will cross to the Caribbean, where home port will be Antigua.
Looking for a on outgoing confident chef, who can run her own department, good with provisioning and accounts and happy to help on deck when needed during sail manoeuvres.
Qualifications required: Sailing background/minimum 1 seasons experience in a similar role, diverse knowledge of cuisines
Itinerary: Scotland, Norway, London, Mediterranean followed by a Caribbean season
