A 55+m SY is looking for a female deckhand to join their dual season program. The position requires candidates who have prior sailing yacht experience and a minimum of 2 seasons behind them, ideally on larger sailing yachts.

A yacht master is required, and candidates must also have a power boat level 2 and be competent with tender driving and water sports.

This is a private program which will spend the summer in the Med, and the following winter in the Caribbean before heading further afield.

The role has a flexible start date, but they ideally would like someone to join in May
