A well reputed, private 38m SY is looking for an experienced sailing yacht Sole Stew.

This is a 2:2 rotation with 6 economy flights paid per year.

Candidates must have proven longevity in prior roles as a Stewardess on a sailing yacht.

They run with a crew of 5 and it is mixed cruising and regatta use.

You will be rotating with another experienced Sole Stew who offers good knowledge of the program. High standards are expected on board.

The Stewardess is fully responsible for the smooth running and maintenance of the interior, guest liaison and service, and working closely with the chef. Responsibilities will also include regatta management assistance, and occasionally helping at the owners properties.

This is a lovely sailing yacht, with a well well structured program and a great history of crew longevity on board.

They are predominantly Caribbean/USA based.

Qualifications required: Valid B1B2 is essential. Prior longevity in a Sailing Stew role
