We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Chief Stewardess with a proactive attitude to join a 45m sailing yacht. This is a private dual-season vessel with an interesting program and owners that like to cruise off the beaten track. There is a crew of 7 onboard and you will be managing a 2nd stew. They are a fun and active crew with a great team environment who enjoys adventures. 

The yacht is just coming out of a large refit so you’ll need to be well-organised and self-motivated, as you will be setting up an empty yacht ahead of a busy cruising season. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and manage your own team are essential.

This summer will be spent cruising the Azores, Atlantic Spain & Portugal before crossing over to the Caribbean. Summer 2026 will be Iceland, Greenland & the Northwest Passage.

Qualifications required: Previous experience as chief stew, looking for candidates currently located in Europe/UK

Itinerary: Azores, Atlantic Spain and Portugal followed by the Caribbean. 2026 Iceland, Greenland and the north west Passage.
