We are looking for an experienced kite surfer and Deckhand with big sail yacht experience. The owner is active and has a keen interest in kiting and the program requires a candidate who can facilitate this.

Product knowledge and experience undertaking and leading the deck team in maintenance projects is a must as the yacht is currently undergoing its 10-year survey. A candidate with a strong sailing background but who has worked on motor yachts will also be considered.

In season your duties will be more guest focused, tender driving, sailing and navigational watches as part of a deck team of 3. 

The summer season will be Mediterranean based and the winter will be in the Caribbean where the yacht will participate in the 2026 St Barth’s Bucket.

Qualifications required: 1 to 2 years in a Bosuns or lead deckhand position, YM offshore commercially endorsed. Potential to become full time
