A 40m motor yacht is seeking a motivated Chief Stew to join in Italy. The yacht has recently undergone extensive interior customisation to suit the active lifestyle of its new owners—a family who love surfing, kitesurfing, and the outdoors. They require a Sole/ Chief Stewardess to complete the final setup and ensure the interior is ready for guest use.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of the guest experience. You’ll be responsible for finalising the setup, implementing service systems, managing inventories, and reflecting the owners’ preferences throughout the interior. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and be a key player in a supportive team.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of industry experience, either as a strong 2nd Stew stepping up or with prior Sole/Chief Stew experience. A team player approach and pride in delivering high standards are essential.

They are due to leave the yard for July 25th with guests arriving early August.

The summer will include cruising in Italy, Corsica, Greece, Montenegro and Albania. The winter will be spent in Italy to get the yacht ready to charter for next summer.
