Looking for a young and dynamic sailing engineer to join a 30m performance race yacht program. This is a semi rotational role 8:4. You will be working with your counterpart during regattas and at other times individually. During regattas one of the engineers is always onboard whilst sailing. This is a program where the yacht is either in refit, on the ship or at a regatta. 

Suitable candidate needs to be a strong sailor, preferably with a racing background. Excellent knowledge of hydraulic and PLC systems. Qualifications are minimum AEC2, someone with the right background and experience is more important. 

Its a hardworking fun team onboard who are all into fitness and healthy living, looking for a like minded individual to join the team.
