1st mate required for a private Med based program. Currently in Italy with plans to potentially cruise Croatia for the 2nd part of the season but that is to be confirmed. 

Looking for a good sailor who has at least 3 seasons experience on 70ft+ sailing yachts and is feeling ready to take on the responsibility of running the deck and guiding the current deckhand. There is a crew of 5 onboard, with the captain doing the majority of the engineering, an ideal candidate would have some basic engineering skills and interest to be able to help and assist in this area as well. 

YM Offshore but a candidate with the right experience without it will also be considered. 

Qualifications required: YM offshore ideally, some engineering background and skills, strong sailor
