A 56m dual-season private sailing yacht is looking for a Second Stewardess to join their interior team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior stew with some solid experience looking to step into a more structured program with high service standards.

The yacht operates between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with around six months of guest use per year. The owners enjoy extended stays onboard, often using the yacht as a base for work, with guests joining for weekends or short visits. You’ll be working under an experienced Chief Stew who is hands-on and enjoys guiding and developing junior crew.

The interior team runs on a 4:2 rotation, with occasional chances to assist at one of the owners’ private residences during events or gatherings. Candidates with previous experience on large sailing yachts and a strong hospitality background will be prioritised. 

Qualifications required: Hospitality background, 1-2 seasons experience on sailing yachts ideally
