A private 27m sailing yacht is looking for an Engineer/Mate. This is a dual season program that has an excellent track record with crew longevity, and offering an excellent package.

You would be joining a crew of 4 and do a handover with the outgoing engineer who has been with the program for 3+ years. Start date is between the 20th of August and the 1st of September.

You need to be a good sailor who has previous experience as a watch leader on deliveries and crossings. Minimum requirements YM Offshore and AEC2. Candidates with a strong land based engineering background who has started out on deck in the industry or someone who has had a similar role on a smaller yacht would be ideal.
