Rotational chef - 50m+ SY
We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Rotational Chef to join a 50m+ private sailing yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and adaptable chef who enjoys producing high-quality cuisine.
It is to join in Newport, USA, so a B1/B2 is necessary. They are heading to the Caribbean for the winter season. The program is private with family use and occasional friends onboard, and operates with a crew of nine. This is a 2:2 rotation and sue to cabin arrangements, the position is open to female candidates only.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience on large sailing yachts (40m+), excellent provisioning skills, and the ability to cater to a variety of dietary preferences. Strong organisational skills, a calm and professional manner, and the ability to manage the galley independently are essential.
This is a well-run program with a supportive crew and owners who truly value good food.
