A 34m SY looking for a Mate/Engineer to join them in the Med. This is a dual season, private program heading to the Caribbean for the winter. Looking for a good communicator, someone who is motivated and can crack on unsupervised.

Ideally you have a good sailing background and be comfortable and familiar with engineering systems.

The crew i like to be active and socialise out together outside of work.
Minimum qualification is AEC1 but looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry.

Course allowance and a larger leave package is something that will be discussed after a 1 year commitment is shown to the yacht.
