We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 70m new build sailing yacht from October 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the project before launch early next year, playing a key role in establishing the interior and setting service standards from day one.

The position is a 10:10 rotation and a private program. The Chief Stew will oversee the full interior set-up, manage and lead the interior team, and deliver the highest levels of guest service. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with professionalism are essential.

Candidates must bring proven experience as a Chief Stewardess, with a track record of commitment and longevity in previous roles. Large sailing yacht experience will be advantageous. This will be a good change  to join a unique build and make your mark on a world-class program from the very beginning.

Qualifications required: Prior experience as Chief Stew on similar size programs
