Sous/crew chef - 65m MY - Palma based
Sous/crew chef needed for 65m+ MY currently in the Mediterranean. They still have 4 weeks left of the season and winter will be spent in Palma. This is a full-time position cooking for 18 crew as well as help with afternoon tea, desserts and extra prep when the owner is onboard.
Looking for a strong and capable crew/sous, ideally someone with experience in restaurants as well as 1 years experience in yachting. The head chef runs a calm and organised galley, but they do do cook for large numbers when on trips so you need to be a team-player, calm and dependable. Candidates must show initiative, work independently but also be able to take direction.
Latest start date is in Palma on the 5th September and the next trip starts mid-September. Crew enjoy varied meals, healthy as well as homely food.
Qualifications required: Restaurant and yachting background
