A 45m private performance cruising sailing yacht is seeking an experienced deckhand dedicated to a long-term yachting career, with a minimum of one full season on similar vessels. Given the size and scope of the yacht’s program, this role suits a proactive team player who can confidently undertake Bosun-level duties as required and demonstrates strong technical awareness.
The ideal candidate will have organised logistical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and be familiar with PMS platforms such as IDEA. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and consistently uphold high standards without supervision is essential.
