A 27m modern classic looking for a Jr captain to join them ahead of the yard period in Villanova starting, anytime from mid October to mid November. If in October, you would be joining them on the delivery down to Villanova from Scandinavia. 

Seeking someone permanently for the winter to run the shipyard period in the captains place, manage contractors, ongoing job lists and work together with the engineer and chef/stew ensuring the yacht is ready on time for next summer season. The Captain will be on semi- leave but still involved on a management level. 

Next years summer season will be Scandinavia again and winter plans are to be decided. The Owners are relaxed and enjoy interacting with crew and having a family feel onboard. Next spring you would step into the 1st mate role for a season or for an experienced candidate there is potential for it to become rotational prior to the summer starting. 

This is a yacht where teamwork is a priority and you need to be happy helping out in every department.  

Qualifications required: Yacht Master Offshore minimum, ideally AEC1 & 2, experienced sailor with 3+ years experience.
