We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bosun to a well reputed 60+m SY.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sailing and racing and English as their first language.

Applicants must bring a minimum of three years’ industry experience, ideally having progressed from a First Mate position on a 30m+ sailing yacht for at least one year, or from a reputable program as a Deckhand on a 40m+ sailing yacht for a minimum of three years. 

A Yachtmaster Offshore qualification is essential, with a strong desire to continue developing within the industry. 

Previous experience with both large and small boats is required, and diving qualifications—ideally PADI Dive Master—will be considered highly advantageous. 

Candidates must demonstrate excellent knowledge of deck products, rope work, and splicing, while being confident and competent with computer programs such as Email, Word, and Excel. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sailing, has a keen interest in water sports, and is eager to grow their career in yachting.

This is a dual season program with excellent incentives to reward commitment and will help with personal and progressional growth.
