Seeking an experienced sailing yacht First mate for a 45m SY to join in the USA for mid to late October. This could also be open to couples, partnered with a Chief Stew or Deckhand.

Candidates will ideally hold and OOW or at least have started to progress with some of the modules.

Must have good prior experience running the deck on a large sailing yacht and be a confident watch leader. The deck also runs with a deckhand/engineer.

This is a well loved and well established program with a good history of crew longevity.

They will do the FLIBS show in Florida and then the winter will be in the Caribbean, followed with a summer on the east coast USA.

Qualifications required: Min Yacht master ocean, ideally OOW
