Rotational Chef - 45m S/Y
We’re looking for an experienced, high-end rotational Chef to join a busy and well-run 45m sailing yacht. The position starts in Spain ahead of the Atlantic crossing, with the first guest trip planned for Christmas in the Caribbean. The itinerary beyond the Caribbean season is yet to be confirmed.
The owners are health-conscious and enjoy a fresh, flavourful mix of Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisine. The ideal candidate will be creative, adaptable, and confident delivering light, well-balanced menus using seasonal ingredients.
You’ll be joining a long-standing, easy-going crew who appreciate simple, wholesome meals when off charter. The yacht runs with a professional but relaxed dynamic onboard, so a positive, calm, and team-focused approach is key.
Qualifications required: Previous sail yacht experience, excellent galley management
