1st mate required for a modern classic sailing yacht heading to the Caribbean and and the Pacific. This is a private program, shared between two families who are active and water sports orientated when onboard. They are big into their foiling and they also love to surf.

Looking for someone who is a competent and experienced sailor. You need to have minimum YM Offshore but an Ocean would be preferred. You need to be a self motivator and starter, capable of running the deck on your own and stying on top of your job list. Water sports interest and experience is a must for this role. 

Qualifications required: Yacht Master Offshore, strong sailor, minimum 2 years experience as mate on smaller SY's or a bosun ready to step into his first mates role.
