First Mate 30m performance SY- single season, Palma based

A 30m High performance SY is looking for a First Mate to join in November.

They will spend the winter in STP Palma to prepare for the next Med season.

This is a private program with mixed regatta and cruising. They will do 4 regattas over the summer of 2026  do approx 4 -6 weeks of cruising.

The boat is owned by experienced yacht owners and they run with a crew of 4.

Candidates will come from a strong sailing background and have prior regatta experience.

The owners are French but speak English. French speaking will be a bonus but not necessary.


Qualifications required: Yacht Master

Itinerary: Single season, Med summers

Male/female: Male DTCA
