Seeking a deck/engineer to join a performance 32m SY in November in Mallorca.

Firstly candidates need to be a good sailor as this is a powerful yacht and it is important to be very confident with winches, high loads and sail handling. They also need someone who holds  a yacht master offshore and able to hold solo night watches on passage.

The role is very much a deck role in the summer during charters so they need someone with a lot of get up and go (high energy) to work on deck in the sun and happy to drive the tender for water sports etc.

Candidates need to have a good knowledge and interest in engineering, not highly experienced engineer but someone who is a good problem solver, logically minded, clean and organised. AEC1 & 2 is a must.

Preferably a male due to cabins and physical strength. 

Package: DOE,  42 days leave per year, plus course budget and 1 round trip flight. 

Itinerary: Mallorca for winter maintenance until May, followed by Mediterranean based summer charters. Greece, Croatia.
