A performance 32m SY is seeking an experienced First Mate. This is a well reputed program with a great history of crew longevity. They will be based in Palma for the winter followed by a Med summer with charters.

Seeking an accomplished first mate a good sailor from a strong sailing background. A yacht master offshore min requirement.

Must be competent with navigation, rules of the road and very able to hold a solo night watch.

He/she would need to run the deck independently, be well organised with good work ethic and happy to help out in all departments including service helping the stewardess. 

Experience with rigging, sails, cleaning, painting, polishing, anchoring, tender driving and water sports.
