A 28m SY is seeking an experienced First Mate to join in Villa Nova for November where they will spend the winter.

Seeking candidates with a min Yacht Master who can take on additional responsibilities over the winter months while the Captain takes periods of leave, and over periods in the summer which could include deliveries and maintenance time between trips.

The owners are currently in the process of building a new boat that launches in 27 so the Captain will be away next summer periodically.

Candidates must be capable of the additional responsibilities but be happy to lot back into the mates role when owners and guests are on board. 

This could be an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to be a junior Captain with the support and lead from the longstanding Captain.

Additional engineering experience will be advantageous as well as prior drive time (big or small).

Qualifications required: Min Yacht master

Package: DOE-UK contract out of Guernsey. Europe/UK based would be preferred.
