We are seeking a qualified Y4, SV EOOW, or MEOL Engineer to join a high-performance sailing yacht in rotational capacity. Candidates should have at least 2–3 years’ experience on sailing yachts, working as either Sole Engineer or 2nd Engineer.

The vessel operates with a crew of five, so this role suits someone who enjoys a hands-on, collaborative environment. You should be confident on deck, comfortable sailing in a dynamic program, and ready to assist when and where required.

The yacht will spend winter 2025–26 in the Caribbean, followed by a Scandinavian summer season. The winter of 2026–27 will be yard-based in Mallorca.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who values a mix of technical responsibility and active sailing, joining an experienced team aboard a well-run yacht.

Qualifications required: Y4/SV EOOW or MEOL, sail yacht experience
